Our new website is live — the engineering record, in the open

We have rebuilt jitamitrablowers.com from the ground up, and it is not a brochure. If you have ever wondered exactly what we do and how we do it, the site now answers it without a sales call.

We have rebuilt jitamitrablowers.com from the ground up, and it is not a brochure. It is the engineering record of the company put in the open: 15,000+ fans built since 2011, and every single fan sized to its own duty point and proven on our 200 HP VFD test rig to IS 4894 / AMCA 210 before it ships. If you have ever wondered exactly what we do and how we do it, this now answers it without a sales call.

The part we are proudest of — the Knowledge section

Written engineer-to-engineer, not for search engines. 27 insight notes on the things that actually decide a selection: how to specify a duty point, the cube law, damper vs IGV vs VFD, SS304 vs SS316, L10 bearing life, sound power vs sound pressure.

And 45 case references, each carrying its real duty — 95,000 CMH · 350 mmWC · 180 HP on a pollution-control main fan, 44,600 CMH · 475 mmWC · 120 HP on a high-temperature bag-house, 11,050 CMH · 610 mmWC · 40 HP on pharma process air — told honestly, including the jobs where the fan turned out not to be the problem. Alongside them sit 15 troubleshooting guides and a full fan & blower glossary.

The gallery — judge the workmanship yourself

1,018 real fans and blowers, photographed on our own floor. No stock images, no renders, nothing generated. Filter them by industry, application or fan type and you are looking at the actual weld, the actual wheel and the actual machine that went out of our gate. We would rather you judged the workmanship for yourself than read an adjective about it.

Fifteen years of duty points

Fifteen years of duty points teach you where the traps are, and the site now maps that properly: 37 industries, 45 applications and 8 fan families, each with its own page — cement kiln exhaust, FGD scrubber boosters, ATEX paint-booth exhaust, cleanroom AHUs, pneumatic conveying, waste-to-energy ID fans and much more.

We run an ISO 9001:2015 quality system, with CE and ATEX Zone 2/22 self-declared. Family datasheets download directly, with no form. If a duty on your desk sits anywhere in our range, send it across — we quote in 3 to 5 working days.

Why we built it — tell us what is missing

The questions we get asked most — what can you handle, have you done my duty before, can I see the workmanship — deserved a better answer than a PDF attachment. That is the whole reason this site exists. If something you need is not on it, tell us: the next version is far easier to build than the first was.

Wrong rotation, bad foundation, rigid ducts
