Seven centrifugal fan families. One engineering language.

Jitamitra designs and manufactures industrial centrifugal fans and blowers to order, plus the allied systems and accessories that go with them, and does laser cutting of sheet metal parts and precision fabrication in house. Single and double inlet; direct, coupled, belt, plug and plenum drive; AMCA arrangements 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9 and 10; seven impeller families. Jitamitra is also the Indian distribution partner for Elektror airsystems GmbH.

The envelope runs to 2,25,000 CMH volume flow, 2,000 mmWC static pressure, 425 HP motor power, 500 °C operating temperature and an impeller diameter to 3,000 mm, with a maximum fan footprint of about 5 by 5 by 5 metres. The largest single fan delivered is 2,25,000 CMH. Fans above the test rig's 200 HP are run at derated speed and scaled to the specified duty by the fan laws.

Carbon steel to IS 2062 E-250, E-350 and E-450, IS 513 CRCA, SA 516 Gr 60 and Gr 70, Domex 700, SC 700 MC, ASTM A-36 and Corten, with Hardox 400, 450, 500 and 600 used as wear liners. Stainless in 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310, 409, 410, 321 and Duplex 2205. Aluminium and brass where the duty calls for them. Where the chemistry calls for it, carbon steel carries an FRP coating or lining. Surface preparation is Sa 2.5, with epoxy or PU and film thickness checked.

30+ industries and 45 engineered application and duty types: induced, forced, primary and secondary air on boilers and kilns, dust and fume extraction, process and combustion air, pneumatic conveying, drying, scrubber and FGD boosters, HVAC and cleanroom air, and the hazardous-area duties in between. The industries and applications menus list them all.

Quotation in 3 to 5 working days for our standard range. ATEX builds and special projects need 5 to 7 working days, because the construction, the marking and the declaration all have to be settled before a price is honest. Manufacturing starts on receipt of final GA approval and the advance payment as per the agreed terms, and the delivery date holds only if both arrive within the time stated in the offer. Where the motor is in your scope, the fan is dispatched two weeks after the motor reaches our works, and the motor should arrive at least two weeks ahead, door delivery. Delay in your technical inputs moves the delivery date by the same period.

The fan carries our standard warranty against defects in material and workmanship in the parts we fabricate: impeller, casing and scroll, shaft, bearing housing, inlet cone, base frame and mounting, and the welding and machining that join them. Bought-out items such as motors, bearings, belts, drives and instruments carry their own manufacturer's warranty, passed through to you in full, with us supporting the claim. Spare parts are available for a minimum of ten years from the date of supply, with at least six months' notice before a model or part is withdrawn. Bought-out components carry their manufacturer's warranty passed through in full, and we assist with the claim.

Machined surfaces, shaft ends and bearing housings are rust-preventive coated and wrapped, inlet and outlet openings are closed off to keep the airstream clean in transit, and loose items such as couplings, guards, fasteners, foundation bolts and isolators are bagged, tagged against the job and boxed. Fans are bolted and braced to wooden skids, or fully crated where size, road distance or your instruction requires it. Export consignments use ISPM-15 heat-treated timber. Every consignment carries a packing list and is released only against the pre-dispatch checklist.
