This website is published by Jitamitra Electro Engineering Private Limited for industrial buyers, consultants and OEMs. It is an information resource about custom-engineered centrifugal fans. It is not a shop, and nothing on it is an offer to sell.

1. What these terms cover

By using jitamitrablowers.com you accept these terms. They govern the website — what you may do with what you read here, and what you may rely on. They do not govern the supply of a fan. If you place an order, that supply is governed by the terms on our quotation, our order acceptance and any contract signed between us; where those conflict with anything on this page, the contract wins.

These terms are addressed to businesses. If you are using this site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are entitled to accept these terms for it.

2. Published technical figures are indicative

Flow, static pressure, temperature limits, power, efficiency, sound levels, dimensions, weights, materials, wear-protection options and capability ranges published anywhere on this site — on product pages, application pages, insights articles, datasheets, the glossary or downloadable documents — are indicative and given for orientation only. They describe the kind of machine we build. They do not describe your machine.

The figures that govern a fan we supply to you are the figures on the order-specific documents issued against your purchase order: the data sheet, the general-arrangement drawing, and the works test report for that unit. Only those are binding.

Where this site states a standard, certification or declaration — ISO 9001:2015, IS 4894, ISO 5801, AMCA 210, API 673, CE, ATEX — it means what the page says it means, no more. A self-declaration of conformity is a manufacturer's declaration, and this site says so wherever one is mentioned. Scope, edition and validity are stated on the certificate or declaration itself, which we will send you on request.

3. A quotation is not an offer

A price, budgetary figure, lead time or scope given on this website, through the quote form, or in a quotation issued to you, is an invitation to treat. It is not an offer capable of acceptance and it does not create a contract.

• A quotation is valid only for the period stated on it, and lapses at the end of it.
• Prices, lead times, scope, materials and terms are subject to confirmation at order stage.
• A contract comes into being only when we issue a written order acceptance against your purchase order. Until then either side may walk away.
• A quotation is prepared for the duty and conditions you told us. If those change, the quotation does not carry over.

Submitting the quote form places no obligation on you and none on us to quote.

4. Selection guidance is an aid, not engineering

Selection notes, comparison tables, troubleshooting guides and worked examples on this site are written to help you frame the question. They cannot substitute for engineering against your plant.

Responsibility for the input conditions stays with you as the purchaser — the area classification for a hazardous duty, the properties and loading of the gas or dust, the operating temperature, the system resistance, and the applicable statutory requirements at your site. We engineer to what you state, and we will tell you when what you have stated looks wrong.

5. Intellectual property

Everything published on this site — page text, photographs of our plant, our people and the machines we have built, general-arrangement and fabrication drawings, performance curves, diagrams, datasheets, downloadable documents, and the Jitamitra name, logo and marks — is owned by or licensed to Jitamitra Electro Engineering Private Limited.

You may read, print and circulate pages inside your organisation for evaluating, specifying or procuring fans; quote a short extract with attribution and a link back to the page; and link to any page. Search engines and assistants are welcome to index and cite the site — that is what /robots.txt and /llms.txt are there for.

You may not, without our written permission, reproduce our drawings, curves or photography in a catalogue, tender document, listing, marketing material or another website; present our photographs as another party's work or another party's plant; copy the site or a substantial part of it; or resell or redistribute our downloadable documents.

Nothing on this site transfers any licence or right in our designs. A general-arrangement drawing issued against an order remains our intellectual property and is issued for that project.

6. Case studies and references

Case studies on this site describe fans we have actually built and dispatched. They are anonymised by default; where a customer is named, it is with that customer's permission. Figures in a case study describe that installation on that plant under those conditions. They are a record of what happened, not a prediction of what will happen on yours, and they are not a performance guarantee.

7. What you send us

When you send us a specification, drawing, data sheet, photograph, CV or any other file through this website, you confirm that you are entitled to send it, that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights and does not breach a confidentiality obligation you owe to a third party.

• We treat what you send as confidential and use it to evaluate your enquiry, prepare a quotation, engineer the machine, and support it afterwards.
• Technical content that is not personal data — a duty point, a system description, a dimensional constraint — we may use to prepare and improve your quotation and the design of the fan offered to you.
• Personal data in what you send is handled as set out in our privacy notice.
• Do not send export-controlled, classified or otherwise regulated material through the website form. Contact us first and we will agree a proper channel.
• We may refuse, discard or decline to act on any submission, and we filter automated and abusive submissions.

8. Third-party links and marks

This site links to other websites — our partners, standards bodies, customers, social platforms. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, availability or their handling of your data. A link is not an endorsement.

Third-party names and marks that appear on this site — principals we represent, customers, standards organisations, software and equipment makers — belong to their respective owners and are used to identify them, not to claim any association beyond what the page states.

9. Availability of the site

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including any published figure or downloadable document, at any time and without notice.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jitamitra Electro Engineering Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, production, contract or data, arising out of your use of this website or your reliance on anything published on it.

This clause is about the website. Our liability for a fan we supply is set out in the contract for that supply and is not limited or affected by this page.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this website, are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
