What’s inside

Six processes, one integrated plant

Two MIDC works units on one campus — design office, stores, cutting, forming, welding, machining, blast & paint, balancing, performance test and despatch, under a single ISO 9001:2015 quality system, at a plant purpose-built for fan manufacturing since 2011.

Cutting & forming

CNC fiber laser cuts sheet and plate up to 20 mm mild steel and 12 mm stainless. Three-roll plate rolling forms scrolls, cones and casings to fixed radii; press brake and shear for flanges and brackets.

Welding

Six welding stations — SMAW, GMAW, FCAW and GTAW. Welders qualified to ASME IX / ISO 9606-1, re-tested annually. 100% visual and dye-penetrant inspection on every critical weld, with welder-stamp traceability.

Painting & surface

Surface prepared to Sa 2½ blast, then zinc-rich epoxy primer, epoxy build coat and a PU or acrylic top coat. Dry-film thickness measured at every stage — minimum 5 readings per m².

Dynamic balancing

Vertical and horizontal balancing machines, single- and two-plane, for rotors up to 1,500 kg and 1,500 mm impeller diameter. Standard grade ISO 21940 G6.3; G2.5 precision on request.

NDT & inspection

Dye penetrant and magnetic-particle inspection in-house on every applicable critical weld; ultrasonic and radiographic testing via in-house capability and approved partner labs. Material history traceable back to the mill certificate.

Performance testing

Every fan run on our 200 HP VFD-driven test rig, tested to the AMCA 210 / IS 4894 method — five points per test, mapping the curve, not just the duty point. Fans above the rig’s 200 HP are run at derated speed and scaled to the specified duty by the fan laws, with the conditions stated in full on the Performance Test Report. Customer / third-party witness testing (FAT) welcome.

Capability envelope: up to 2,00,000 CMH · 2,000 mmWC · 400 HP · 600 °C. Governed by an ISO 9001:2015 quality system — quality manual, internal audit, quarterly management review, NCR / CAPA discipline. CE & ATEX self-declared for Zone 2/22 builds.
